This is a shredded wheat pastry (strands), with fillings of different nuts which is deep fried in butter and then soaked in honey syrup. They are made into different shapes of tube like (Bourma) slices, bird nests and rolls (Katayef roll). These come alongside Baklava.

This product compliments the rage of baklava which combines the mixture of semolina, milk and butter, baked as a sponge and topped with different nuts and honey syrup. Filled with dry fruits and nuts it is then stamped in different shapes known as (Mamoul).

Fine coconut powder made into marzipan like mix used to sandwich various nuts and dried fruits. They come in different fruit colours normally small squares or rectangular shapes.
